Typical Day on Phase I Transform - perfect if you have additional weight to lose.
During the Transform Phase, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with low-fat proteins. Avoid high-glycemic foods like sugar, bread, flour, rice, cereal, pasta, and potatoes.
There is no restriction on whole, fresh fruits and vegetables. Lean meats and fish are also acceptable.
